Artificial Intelligence. AI, as it is commonly known, has the potential to change our world in ways that are rather straightforward – think of creating a basic document – while also encompassing frightening, almost surreal possibilities. For the real estate industry, AI can provide great benefits, in my view, but that does not mean that we should not have concerns about the utilization of AI in our businesses and by our customers.
