People ask me all the time to predict the short-term future of the real estate market. I suppose I’ve been around long enough that some feel that I have gained the ability to peak around the corner and see what the future holds. Well, I do not possess that type of prescience, nor do I care to speculate. I will go so far as to say that the real estate market has to be better in 2024 than 2023. Right?
