I wanted to let you know what a great job Charlie Pellegrini did in clearing up a mysterious tax lien that showed up when we did a refinance last year for one of our clients. Charlie’s tenacious efforts finally proved that the lien actually belonged to the previous owner and he was able to obtain the release. Needless to say, our client was very happy when I shared the news!

Did a closing with Amanda Miller last Wednesday. It was a most difficult closing. I won't get into the specifics but Amanda handled it to a surprising successful conclusion. She is the best.
